Who can attend Prom?

  • WHS 11th and 12th grade students.

  • Guest of WHS 11th and 12th grade students. 

    • 9th grade through post high school may attend as a guest of a WHS 11th or 12th grader

Guest Information
  • There is one guest per WHS student.

  • All guests must arrive with and be accompanied by the designated WHS student throughout the evening of Prom.

  • All guests must bring ID with them to be admitted into prom.

High School Guest

  • All high school guests must bring their student ID with them to be admitted into prom.

  • Guests within South Washington County Schools (East Ridge, Park or the Alternative Learning High School) do not need to complete the dance guest form.

  • Guests in grades 9-12 attending a school outside of South Washington County Schools must complete the dance guest form. This form must be signed by an administrator from the guest's own high school.
    • This form must be turned in prior to purchasing a ticket for the guest in the WHS Activities or Attendance Office by the WHS student for their guest by Thursday, April 24th at 3:15 PM.

  • Hard copies of the dance guest form are available in the Activities and Attendance Office.

Post High School Guest

  • Any guest that is of post high school age (age19 and older) must first meet with a Woodbury High School Assistant Principal before Wednesday, April 23, 2025, at 3PM prior to purchasing a ticket. This meeting must be scheduled 2 days in advance of the meeting date. Contact the Assistant Principal assigned to your alphabet to set up the meeting.

  • All Post High School guest must show ID (i.e. Driver's License, State Issued ID) at entrance of Prom.

Ticket Information:

  • All tickets are $40 per person and must be purchased in advance of prom.

ONLINE Ticket Purchase There is a $2.53 processing fee per ticket when purchasing online.

  • Only Junior and Senior WHS students will be allowed to purchase tickets online with their student ID#. All guests that do not attend Woodbury High School must have tickets purchased by the WHS student that is bringing them as a guest. Guest tickets can be purchased online. If applicable, a completed guest form will be required on file in the activity / attendance office prior to purchasing tickets for guests.

  • Online tickets will be available March 18 - April 25, 2025, at 12 Noon.

  • Beverages and a light snack or dessert will be served at the event.
